Wholesale terms & conditions

Minimum: Current opening order minimum is set at $150 + shipping. Reorder minimum is currently set at $100 + shipping.

Placing Wholesale Orders: Little Peaches Shop offers online ordering (here), however, orders can still be placed by email (here).

Payment & Shipping: Little Peaches Shop currently requests payment in full prior to shipping. Orders ship promptly after payment is received.

Payment can be made to Little Peaches via credit card or PayPal.

We currently use USPS for shipping and will ship via the least expensive option (unless other specification are made by the buyer).

Lead Time: Little Peaches Shop is currently able to fulfill wholesale orders within 2 weeks from the time that the order is placed. Expect lead times up to 4 weeks for large orders or during high volume seasons (you will be notified if this will be the case). If an order is needed sooner than this, please inquire to see if this will be possible.

Returns: Little Peaches Shop typically does not accept returns on wholesale orders; however, if something does not appear as it should, please contact us within 14 days.

Order Cancelation: Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days after an order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped and are then subject to our Return Policy.

Pricing & Sales: Little Peaches Shop offers wholesale pricing at 50% of the retail price. By placing wholesale order, stockists agree to adhere to the minimum retail price set by Little Peaches Shop. Stockists are permitted to sell Little Peaches Shop products in their brick & mortar store or on their private website. Stockists are not permitted to sell Little Peaches Shop products on third party websites (including, but not limited to: Amazon, eBay, etc).

Tax Information: In order to maintain adequate tax records, Little Peaches Shop needs to verify that stockists are registered to submit appropriate sales tax for their location. When placing an opening order, the tax ID number for your business will be requested. By placing an order, you are verifying that the appropriate taxes will be submitted for the transferred goods.
